Starting off slow today was amazing! If Paris has meant anything to us it’s relaxation. Our plans in total is take the Metro into the City and… Eat? Take a bus tour? Take pictures? Easy.
We started off our day eating an assortment of delicious meats and cheeses with a pairing of Bourdeux that went down smooth sweet with a dry finish. Easily my favorite wine thus far on our adventure. Not good enough to buy and bring back home, but a measuring stick for wines from here on out. We spent an hour watching a cute set of twin girls in matching outfits pick up bottle caps and lay with their daddy in a park at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Under a beautiful cloudy blue sky we decided to jump on Big Bus Paris and see the sites.

We then hopped back on the bus to do a little more shopping before finishing off our night with dinner alone the Seine just under the Eiffel tower tower. We stayed long enough to see the Eiffel tower lit up against the night sky. If you were wondering… it’s pretty awesome. I can’t wait to get some great pictures FROM THE TOP tomorrow night #jealousyet? Yeah you are… Anyways… Time for bed so we can have energy to celebrate my lovelies birthday tomorrow.
Cheers,
